		BC Computers is the pioneer in automated cheque processing technology and cheque imaging technology in Sri Lanka. We automated the Clearing House of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, with the implementation of the Sri Lanka Automated Clearing House (SLACH) way back in 1988. We continue to support and maintain the Automated Clearing House with the provision of on-site services to LankaClear (SLACH). We introduced Cheque Imaging & Workflow to the banking sector in Sri Lanka by automating "outward clearing" at the Citibank, and we are the first to implement an automated Central Clearing Department (CCD) at the Standard Chartered Bank.
