eServices Lanka Ltd was incorporated on 23rd September 2002 , to setup and operate the first ever-electronic commerce gateway project in Sri Lanka. Partnered by BC Computers and the Government of Sri Lanka represented by the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Affairs , the official commencement of the project was initiated by signing an implementation agreement between eServices Lanka Ltd, BC Computers Pvt. Ltd and the Government of Sri Lanka, on 18th December 2002.

eServices Lanka Ltd is implementing Sri Lanka's first, online Cargo Clearance gateway, Sri Lanka Automated Cargo Clearance System. An ecommerce based project for the imports/exports trade community, developed to electronically submit and process Custom Declaration forms and allied services.

 
 
   
Financial Systems International (Pvt) Ltd. [FSI] is a joint venture between Mercantile Merchant Bank Limited and BC Computers Ltd. FSI represents FNS and CR2 for banking solutions and services.
